2.01.17	24 Jun 2002	Added beginning space to output files to facilitate importing data into spreadsheets as delimited parameters. This allows the Excel and other spreadsheets to import REF-ET result files as space delimited files and parse the results into the proper columns. Previously, months October-December would be shifted one column to the left. This was a minor annoyance that is now fixed.
2.01.16		Internal version, not released.
2.01.15	1 May 2002	Corrected dimensions of array variables to allow for up to fifty parameters to be read from the data file. This allows more columns of data to be brought in from a data file.
2.01.14	2001	Modified coefficients used in the computation of clear sky radiation (Rso) using the KB + KD method, following recommendations by ASCE Standardization Task Committee. These coefficients change the value used for the Rso curve slightly and may impact hourly ET calculations slightly. They will not impact 24-hour calculations, since these use the more simple elevation-based Rso equation in REF-ET.
